500,000 Steps in May

     Sometimes we need to challenge ourselves.  In the month of May, I am challenging myself to walk 500,000 steps, that is about 250 miles.  Daily I will need to walk around 16,130 steps.  This is on top of the two-week challenge and the couch to 5k program.  It will be a challenge, I may want to give up.  You all may need to push me and remind me that it is possible, that it is only a matter of putting one foot in front of the other.  If you want to see my progress follow me on twitter @AriesMommy or the #500000steps hashtag.

     As far as food is going, lately I have been a creature of habit.  Often repeating the same breakfasts and lunches.  This gets boring fast!  It is back to the drawing board, finding Paleo recipes that are also easy on the budget.

  3. Good Luck! you can totally do this. Habit is what got me through the Mamavation campaign. Unfortunately my turkey sandwich staple I am currently craving hard I can’t enjoy until September.
